Taylor and Troy have social media and a very special dog to thank for putting them on the path to love. Taylor worked at a veterinarian clinic where she met Troy’s friend and his dog, who didn’t come off as the sweetest pup! Troy’s friend and Taylor also happened to be friends on Facebook where she saw the feisty dog cuddled up with this handsome guy. Shortly after leaving a comment on the photo, she received a message from none other than Troy! The rest is history!

Taylor and Troy were visiting family in Chicago for the Thanksgiving holiday and Troy was excited about visiting the Skydeck. With her fear of heights, she wasn’t too thrilled about being 1,353 ft in the air. However, Troy claimed that he scored an “early bird deal” to beat the holiday crowds. After a tour and a few pictures, Troy caught Taylor by surprise when he got down on one knee! Talk about cloud nine! Afterwards, they joined together with their family to enjoy a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner and celebrate their engagement! Keep on scrolling to see more of their whimsical engagement session.
