The Bell Tower on 34th is reminiscent of an Italian villa; making it the perfect wedding escape from the bustling city of Houston. With Josh and I’s history in Houston it’s always an adventure getting to see another beautiful location in a city we love. Houston being the large city that it is gives brides such a range of options to have whatever wedding style they please. Although as we all know, with many options comes many decisions, and with many decisions comes stress (can I get an amen to all my brides?!).

If I’ve picked up anything as a wedding photographer it’s that top tier weddings require a top tier planner. I’ve seen it all, from completely DIY to multiple planner/decorators. Sometimes DIY is the best option of a couple, but if you are looking to hold an event that reflects the glamour of Jenny and Jesse you’re going to need a glamorous planner. I couldn’t think of a person better suited for the job than Chioma of Dure Events.

Do y’all remember assigned partner projects back in high school? There was nothing better than having the build up of worry only to find out that you’ve been paired with your brilliant bestie. That’s exactly how it feels when you walk into a venue and are greeted with Chioma’s calm, collected, and stunning presence.

I am a firm believer that all brides deserve to have the same wave of relief leading up to and on their big day. Chioma is truly incredible at her craft and having her on your team is all you need to breathe easy for your big day. You wouldn’t know it from the event but it had to be rescheduled three times! Imagine trying to replan your wedding THREE TIMES *shudders.* That’s the value of having someone like Chioma in your corner, no matter the odds (even Covid sized odds) you can be confident in her!
