This opera house engagement session is the result of Ashley and Blake meeting in what they like to call “a hopeless place”. Although to other people, this place is called the strip club. Ashley’s friend was celebrating her birthday and Blake’s friend was invited. He didn’t want to go alone and asked Blake to tag along.

Strip clubs are known to have a lot going on, but once Ashley and Blake locked eyes, that was it! They introduced themselves and talked all night long! We know that when the connection is right, you just want to talk to that special person forever!

Ashley and Blake felt the same way. Blake dropped her off at home and called her a few days later. Ashley started waited until he texted her first. Then, she smoothly said, “Are you ready to be wrapped around my finger?” She didn’t even have to ask. At this point, Blake was all in!

Blake popped the question and Ashley didn’t hesitate to say yes! They chose to have their engagement at the Winspear Opera House. This couple loves to get glammed up and this venue had the elegance they were looking for.

Sometimes love finds us in unlikely places when we least expect it. When each of them went to the club that night, they weren’t looking for love. However, they found an everlasting love that only grows stronger each day!
