We had the pleasure of being featured guests with Nartarsha Wright and Purpose to Create Podcast! We talked a bit about family, faith and photography! We tell our story, how we balance working together as husband and wife and as business partners, and how we love help other photographers/creatives level up and implement systems to insure that their business wins. We cover a lot of different topics, but here are a few key takeaways and a glimpse into what we discuss:
•When thinking about working with your spouse, play to each of your strengths and keep in mind that you’re on the same team!
•Balancing a family and running a business is a constant learning process. Communication is key, and GRACE should be abundant.
•Automate and delegate where you can so that you can efficiently refine your business and systems to be effective. It takes a load off of you!
•Recognize God as the ultimate source, seek Him first, and at the end of the day, it’ll all fall into place.
