Can you believe this picture perfect family even exists? I just want to put them in a nicely decorated box and wrap them up with a bow! We had such a good time with the Toombs during their family session in Turtle Creek Park.

This session was extra special because I got to hear Leah and Antonie’s family journey. It started by hearing about the heartache they experienced with having multiple miscarriages. Many of you know my story and know that I too have had to walk through the dark and difficult pain that comes from having a miscarriage. But Leah in faith and hope continued to pray and seek the Lord not letting circumstance cause her trust in the Lord to waver. Present day after multiple miscarriages the Lord was faithful and answered their prayers by blessing them with their beautiful baby boy, Micah (I mean that red ensemble is everything).

This is a level of my job people don’t think about, but I really love with every session getting to hear and connect with our clients! Thank you Leah and Antonie for sharing your story with me and giving Pharris the opportunity to document your family! Every time I get to hear about the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness I feel encouraged and reminded that even in the darkest place He is good and He is working!
