Where It All Started

Have y’all seen this recent topic of manifesting? If you don’t know manifesting is the idea of thinking something into existence. I don’t know that much about it but it seems to me that Pharra and Roderick’s relationship beginning could be something like that. It was just another typical work day for 16-year-old Pharra until she saw Roderick at across the way (she worked at the mall). She thought he was really cute and this where I credit some of the manifesting because not only did Roderick think the same thing he came over and asked for her number! I can just imagine the conversation Pharra must have had with her friends after work about a cute guy coming and asking for her number, the drama! But wait! The credits of this rom com haven’t rolled just yet. The story takes a turn when Rod joined the Airforce was stationed in Alaska. This ultimately caused the two of them to lose touch. Just like the notebook this story was simply on pause not over. Fast forward 10 years to when Rod came back to Texas to visit his family. During his trip he decided to visit the old stomping grounds also known as the mall. Guess who else happened to be at the mall? There is something magical about this mall because as fate would have it Pharra and Rod ended up running into each other once again at the place where it call began. That night, Rod asked her to dinner and as you can see, the rest is history.

The Big Day

These two had a magical day at Knotting Hill Place located right outside of Dallas. The venue was decorated beautifully with white roses and cream accents, the day seemed to just flow together so elegantly. The reception was a fantastic celebration of these two and how far they’ve come since that fateful day.
