Nkechi and Elyx | Wedding at The Crystal Ballroom in Houston, Texas -

We are excited to be sharing with you today, Nkechi and Elyx’s wedding! Although we might be a little bias because we are suckers for a good love story and their’s is quite the modern day fairytale.

The two met through mutual friends while Elyx lived in California and Nkechi lived in Houston. It wasn’t until a year later when Elyx sent Nkechi a ‘Happy Birthday’ message where they began talking. Their love for each other continued to grow. As Elyx was attracted to Nkechi’s beauty, she also stood out to him for multiple reasons; one being that she is a lover of god. Knit loved Elyx’s caring nature.

Nkechi knew she could see a future with Elyx but Elyx was still letting his commitment phobia get in the way of progressing the relationship. It wasn’t until Elyx planned a trip to Mexico, that was supposed to be a trip for some ‘alone time’ that Nkechi invited herself to, where Elyx took this impromptu trip to surprise Nkechi with a beach proposal.

The two love birds have a special kind of love that was shared during their engagement shoot that you can see here and at their wedding. It was such a pleasure taking part in their love story and can’t wait to see their love blossom even more!
