Dreamy Dallas Arboretum Wedding

Chase and Kiera’s wedding day was spectacular with the weather being just right for a spring wedding. They decided to keep their wedding more intimate on account of COVID and it allowed us to completely capture this couples dynamic with no rush! I love couple portraits but sometimes (with large weddings especially) we don’t get to spend as much time with just the couple. I loved exploring with these two as we took our time capturing their love through out the Dallas Arboretum.

Where The Love Began

Chase and Kiera have been together for quite some time now. This couple literally met the old school way. No really, they actually met and started dating in highschool. Stop for a second and think back to highschool, all the dances, lunch halls, the class periods, etc. and try to guess where and when in school these two started the relationship? Did you happen to guess band camp? Because if you did you would be correct. I mean come on what could be more romantic than band camp right? Regardless of how romantic it might have been, it was the right environment to bring these two together!

The Proposal

It’s sweet to think about now many memories and moments these two have already experienced together. They’ve already laid a foundation for their legacy that makes me excited to see where life takes them. I love the way the proposal also emphasized the life they are building together. Chase and Kiera had just closed on a plot of land where they could build their life together. Chase told Kiera it was important for them to look at the land and take pictures. Little did she know, they would be taking picture of more than just the landscape. Chase proposed to her on their piece of land which I just think is so romantic. They literally started their forever on the place where they are going to build a home and a legacy!

Congrats to this gorgeous couple and let me just say that all of us at Pharris are excited to watch you flourish as a family!
